Made in Italy started because we wanted to enjoy the food we grew up with, but could no longer experience since leaving Italy. The real Southern-Italian flavours, made using local Neapolitan ingredients and genuine regional recipes.

This means no compromises:

Over 90% of our ingredients are imported straight from Italy to our kitchens

The pizza has to be made with freshly mixed dough and stretched by hand

It has to be cooked in a traditional woodfire oven made by specialised Italian artisans

The mozzarella has to be flown in twice a week straight from Campania

Our fresh pasta has to be made by us on the premises, our dried pasta has to be DeCecco.

Even our bread is freshly made from scratch in each restaurant, simply because we couldn’t find any way of getting genuine Italian bread imported fast enough!
