2 RESTAURANT MANAGERS (fluent Italian required)

We are looking for 2 experienced restaurant managers, 1 position is related to an exciting new opening.


Both the restaurant managers must be fluent in Italian.










Both the roles should meet the following:

  • service-focused and cost-conscious with strong expertise in front- and back-of-house operations to establish a welcoming and energetic dining atmosphere.

  • Solid history of success building high-energy service and culinary teams to ensure optimum guest experience.

  • Excels at increasing check averages through strategic up-selling of food and alcohol.

  • Adept in all facets of operations to include food quality and presentation, safety and sanitation compliance, budget administration, and inventory management.

  • Cultivate relations with vendors, corporate management, and community organizations to improve brand image and maximize revenues.

  • Outstanding interpersonal talents, fluent in English.

  • responsible of evaluations, staff coaching, recruitment and training.

  • Maintains consistent inventory with minimal waste, oversees purchasing to ensure full menu availability.

  • Collaborates with General Manager to implement corporate business strategies and menu concepts

  • Responsible of training the kitchen staff on new menu items.

Job responsibilities include:

  • recruiting, training and supervising staff, planning staff rotas

  • agreeing and managing budgets, keeping statistical and financial records

  • planning menus

  • ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

  • promoting and marketing the business

  • overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies

  • taking reservations, greeting and advising customers, handling customer enquiries and complaints

  • preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports

  • setting targets, assessing and improving profitability, handling administration and paperwork

  • liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives

  • making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
