Booking amendments and cancellations: 1 to 15 guests

For bookings of 1 to 15 guests, cancellations or reductions in party size must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation.

Please cancel or amend your booking using the CANCEL BOOKING / EDIT BOOKING links in your ResDiary confirmation email. Cancellations and amendments made by telephone will not be accepted.

For bookings of 1 to 15 guests, we reserve the right to charge £25 per person for no-shows, late cancellations, late reductions in party size or late arrivals, unless a separate signed booking agreement applies.

Group bookings of 16 guests or more

For bookings of 16 guests or more, throughout the year, cancellations or reductions in guest numbers must be notified to the restaurant at least 72 hours before the reservation. Please use the CANCEL BOOKING / EDIT BOOKING links in your ResDiary confirmation email.

These bookings are subject to a minimum spend calculated by multiplying the agreed set menu price by the confirmed number of guests.

If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the full agreed set menu price will be charged for each cancelled or absent guest, based on the number of guests confirmed in the booking. For a full cancellation or no-show, the agreed set menu price will be charged for all confirmed guests.

Private parties and private hire

Private parties, private hires and bookings with a minimum spend are subject to the cancellation terms in their specific booking agreement, rather than the standard deadlines above.

Non-refundable deposits

Bookings for Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day and other special holidays or events may require a deposit. These deposits are non-refundable, including when cancellation is made before the standard deadlines above. Any additional conditions for the specific event continue to apply.

Late arrivals

Tables can only be held for up to 15 minutes from your booking time and will be released once this time has expired. If you are running late, please call the restaurant.
